I'm Sorry.....

I'm sorry for having a really good laugh at the expense of others.

First of all, congrats on that Junior Hockry Gold Medal. I watched that game, (yes, closet Hockey fan), it was great, an overtime victory.

As I watched the game, the commentators were Canadian and expounded the greatness of Canada. I had to agree and would love to go to Ottawa next year for the Junior Hockey tournament. I've always wanted to get to Calgary for the Stampede.

Did you know my Grandfather, on Dad's side, worked on the railroad, built it, with his Italian immigrant brothers and cousins? I have blood in Drumheller, Calgary and Winnepeg.

Besides hockey, Canada has trumped the USA in many ways. My favorite analogy is that of the National Anthem. Our bombs bursting vs. God keep our land glorious and free. That is a no brainer.

So, no offense taken by this laugh. It speaks volumes about the truth then, eh.

Joe,
Yup, the victory was truly sweet, a nail biter to the end. Steve Mason really is an allstar. Too bad about your loss to Russia, though, that sucked.

They drove the "last spike" for the transcontinental railroad not far from where I live.

If you ever get out West, let me know. The Drumheller badlands are just awesome, and the Tyrell Museum's great, too.

Bet,
Tehe...
