Obama earlier addressed crowds in Jacksonville, Florida, saying: "Tomorrow, you can put an end to the politics that would divide a nation just to win an election, that tries to pit region against region, city against town, Republican against Democrat, that asks us to fear at a time when we need to hope.
"Tomorrow, at this defining moment in history, you, each and everyone of you will give this country the change that we need.
I wholeheartedly agree and not just for you guys but for all of us. I figure this is the only way out of the mess we're all in.
