Surf Canadian Blogs and you'll find the right wing up in arms, spewing threats and having tantrums that would make a spoiled 2 year old look like an angel. Then over on the left, you'll find all sorts of gleefully smug, childish taunts and jeers aimed at the Conservatives. Well you assholes, I've got something for all of you:
Grow up! The world is in the throws of an economic melt-down, the likes of which have never been experienced before, and you crazy fuckers are going to pull this unbelievably idiotic shit NOW!?!? Instead of coming together to ensure that we Canadians who have nothing to fall back on but our jobs stay working, you have to prove that you're completely fucking useless. All of you!
I'm no fan of the Conservatives as anyone who has ever read this blog can attest to, but I am just sickened by the behavior of all parties concerned. Shame on you, and shame on me for ever having voted for any of you. Fuck you, fuck you all. See you on the bread line you batshit crazy bastards. i have little understanding of the way politics works up north- i know it's a coalition of the something- willing? :) best for you all up there not to start tainting your politics with american ideas- in case anyone up there has noticed- american politics sucks. and not for nothin'- but we have sarah palin too- and she is closer to you all than us really. i beg of you- don't let bushco win canada. talk to each other- look at each other as fellow canadians. otherwise, you too could have a neocon government. sigh.
oh- and i have been drinking buckets of hot tea to calm me-- i try to get fair trade tea but anything in a pinch ;) trust me when i say, in the grander scheme of things- and the fact that the economy is in the shitter and there is no ice in the northwest passage- it isn't really going to matter. the planet as a whole is fucked.

Exactly! Any political party or so-called coalition of parties, which I might add include the Bloc separatists, assuming it can shove it's will down my throat without my having a choice is unacceptable. Democracy my ass. I don't give a shit how many people tell me this is within the coalition's legal right, if I don't get a chance to vote for it, then don't expect me to support it or be happy about it.
How about the timing of all this, eh? We're just starting to feel the pinch of economic slow down and it's going to get a lot worse. This drama is a great way of distracting the gullible or the rabidly partisan away from the real issues, isn't it.
You know, most "mericuns" don't know a cannuck from a southern baptist until they open their mouths. White men in suits is white men in suits. Their agenda is the same, money for them, poverty for you, or the edge of poverty based on you having a job.
Thank god I watch Hockey Night in Canada. The only sanity from you guys "up Nort". The rest is the same old. It looks like a novel way of government, but it is the same. The rich run the FUCKING show. (I had to swear, I love it when you swear!, swoon).

I used to appreciate our system up here, but this ridiculous gong show demonstrates that it's nothing more than a national embarrassment. Dion wants to call himself P.M. because he figures he deserves it. Layton wants to call himself P.M. because he's nothing more than a two-bit media whore who's stuffed securely in the back pocket of the unions. Duceppe's only consideration and concern is Quebec so to hell with the rest of the country, and I'm pretty sure he considers the rest of us as lower life forms. Then there's the Bush-wannabe Harper who has the grace, tact and cunning of a cockroach.
The first three of this bunch of buffoons (the coalition) couldn't agree on what kind of ass-wipe should be used in the commons bathrooms, let alone on what to do about keeping this country afloat. I can hardly wait for what's ahead for us. It should be a spectacular, let's see - full fledged FAILLLLLL!:(
