Celebrate earth hour tonight. Will it kill you to turn your lights, computer, t.v. ect. off for just one hour?
Hopefully this year the neighbors will remember to turn off their damn outside yard lights so I can enjoy the lack of light pollution and see the stars as they're meant to be seen. Even though they're shrouded by our filth and dirty air now, I can try to imagine what it used to look like. Now, if everyone would just stop driving for the designated hour I might be able to experience the true, glorious sounds of nature without all the human cacophony, too.
